For
more than 30 years, Jonathon
Held has been a leader in providing
consulting, estimating, project monitoring, expert testimony
and dispute resolution services for clients. Since 1977,
Mr. Held, and Held Enloe’s affiliate company,
J.S. Held, Incorporated has provided service to clients
on more than 20,000 matters, usually involving destruction
of real property in more than 40 states, 10 countries
and several continents.
Assignments
have included commercial, industrial, high rise, habitational,
residential, high tech facilities, sports structures,
bridges, infrastructure, roadways, special purpose and
experimental facilities. Typical assignments include
consulting and estimating on property damaged by literally
every type of casualty. Projects have ranged in size
from Thousands of Dollars to matters involving claims
in excess of $8.0 Billion.
Mr.
Held is a frequent lecturer and guest speaker on a myriad
of topics including Builder’s Risk losses, Estimating,
Actual Cash Value analysis, Resolving Disputed First
Party Insurance Claims, and Post Casualty Emergency

numerous litigated matters in both State and Federal
Courts, Mr. Held has testified as an expert at depositions
and trials on a myriad of matters. He has also acted
as a party appointed panelist, neutral, court appointed
neutral and sole arbitrator in numerous disputes, including
the 3 largest disputed property insurance claims in
history, The World Trade Center, 7 World Trade Center
and 130 Liberty Street (Deutsche Bank) building insurance
claims.
