After
the terrorist attack on the World Trade Center, a six-year
long legal battle ensued over payouts for the value of the
insured losses Jonathon Held was selected by the insurers
as their appointed panelist in this unprecedented valuation
dispute. Lisa Enloe provided scheduling analysis, expert report
and deposition testimony on the time line for the hypothetical
reconstruction of the World Trade Center. In May of 2007,
an agreement was reached between the parties, ending the protracted
legal battle and allowing rebuilding of the site to continue.
