Tulane University, New Orleans, LA

Hurricane Katrina caused severe damage to the Tulane University Campus from both flood damage and extensive wind storm losses. Jonathon Held was retained by the insurers of Tulane University to monitor and evaluate all of the construction costs claimed by Tulane to its insurers. In a subsequent lawsuit, Jonathon Held and Lisa Enloe were engaged as experts to opine on wind storm damage and period of restoration, respectively.
