During construction of a high rise luxury condominium project in Philadelphia, PA, a fire at a plant manufacturing exterior wall components for the project caused disruption and delay claims. Jonathon Held and Lisa Enloe were retained by the builders risk insurer and provide consulting services to measure both the claims and delays. They authored reports used by the client to successfully conclude the claim.
