Ritz Carlton Hotel & Residences, Washington, DC

During construction of the Ritz Carlton and Condominium Residences, water damage and extensive mold was discovered due to claims for defective construction. Years of litigation ensued. Jonathon Held and Lisa Enloe were retained as litigation consultants and experts for various elements of the case involving suits against the contractors, the developer, and other contractors performing repairs to the premises. Mr. Held and Ms. Enloe prepared expert reports, appeared at several mediations, and were deposed in these matters.
