Port Authority of NY and NJ JFK Light Rail

During the testing phase of the AirTrain system connecting the Long Island Rail Road and NY City Subway system to JFK airport. A train manufactured by Bombardier crashed, causing damages to the rail car and air train infrastructure. Bombardier and Skanska sued their builders risk insurer. Lisa Enloe was retained as an expert and litigation support to the client. The work of Held Enloe aided the client to be able to successfully conclude the litigation.
