| Ford
Field — Detroit, MI

Construction
began on the $500 million Ford Field Stadium, home to the
Detroit Lions, in November of 1999. A builder’s risk
claim resulted from a sewer line collapse, which allegedly
caused construction delays. Held Enloe & Associates was
retained by the insurers to perform an independent evaluation
for the builder’s risk claim and to report the findings
in an expert report. From skilled knowledge of the construction
industry and detailed analysis, Held Enloe & Associates
was able to help negotiate a settlement for the insurers.
