Airline Terminal at Detroit, MI Airport

In 1999,
construction began on the $1.2 billion McNamara Terminal at
the Metro Airport in Detroit, Michigan. Certain damages were
claimed under the builders risk insurance policy, as having
caused delay in the completion of the project. After suit
was filed, Lisa Enloe and Jonathon Held were retained by the
builders risk insurer to provide both a schedule and cost
analysis. They co-authored an expert report, were both deposed
in the case, and appeared as witnesses at a mediation in which
the case was settled.
