| AOL
Time Warner Center — New York, NY

On April
8, 2003, a fire broke out in the AOL/Time Warner Center which
was then under construction in Manhattan. The fire damaged
multiple floors and caused more than $30 million dollars in
damage to the $1.7 billion mixed-use development. Jonathon
Held and Lisa Enloe were retained by the builders risk insurers
of the AOL/Time Warner Center to provide project monitoring,
schedule analysis and consulting services, and helped in negotiating
a final settlement of the damages and delay claim.
