Lisa Enloe’s career has spanned more than 24-years as a construction industry professional, with over 1.5 billion dollars in successful projects for one of the nation’s top contractors. During her career, Ms. Enloe has held numerous positions of increasing responsibility including Vice President, Project Executive and Executive in charge of the scheduling department at one or the Nation’s largest and most well respected contractors. She has completed dozens of projects including design build, construction management GMP and fixed price, on projects exceeding $500 Million. Since 2004, Lisa has provided consulting, litigation support and expert testimony in connection with a variety of complex and challenging projects.

Jonathon Held is the nation’s leading expert in the evaluation of property damage in the insurance claims field. For 25 years, he and his company, J.S. Held, Incorporated have represented Insurance Companies, Law Firms and Industry in the evaluation of damages pursuant to numerous casualties. Mr. Held has been a party appointed member of binding dispute resolution panels enacted to settle valuation disputes in the four largest property damage claims in history: The World Trade Center, 7 World Trade Center, Port Authority of New York and New Jersey, and 130 Liberty Street matters, each arising from the terrorist attack of September 11, 2001.
